What is Emotional Freedom Technique or EFT?
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is a form of counseling intervention that draws on various theories of alternative medicine including acupuncture, neuro-linguistic programming, energy medicine, and Thought Field Therapy (TFT).
EFT helps to :

EFT is a form of psychological acupressure, based on the same energy meridians used in traditional acupuncture to treat physical and emotional ailments for over 5,000 years, but without the use of needles. Instead, tapping with the fingertips is used to input kinetic energy at specific meridians on the head and chest all while using positive affirmations to counter the negative thought processes.
